| The town of 17 villa units is planned along one side of Aras River and on the hillside overlooking Kohistan Park. The project site is a land area of 5200 square meters, only 25% of which has been designed. Since the project site is located on a large rocky hill, the possibility of excavation has been reduced to zero and the buildings have been placed in accordance with the natural slope of the land. In the design of the project, 2 factors of visibility and maximum use of the buildable land have been taken into consideration. |
