• Selected design for the best built project of the year in Aras Free Zone 2017​​​​​​​

The town of 17 villa units is planned along one side of Aras River and on the hillside overlooking Kohistan Park. The project site is a land area of 5200 square meters, only 25% of which has been designed.​​​​​​​.The project is due to the maximum use of space and infinite visibility, was noticed by the officials of Aras Free Zone and appreciated.​​​​​​​

• Hessaby Monument, nominated for the best cultural project in the Middle East in 2017

The awards ceremony for the best architectural designs in the Middle East is held every year in Dubai. In 2017, Professor Hasabi's monument project was nominated for the best project of the year in the cultural section of this ceremony.
