| 7-storey residential complex planned in Najjarbashi street, Sa’at square, Tabriz city The project site is situated in the heart of historical residential texture of city According to the request of the client and the requirement of the project site, the complex extenally was set by a fusion of the classic style of the private houses of the Qajar era and the westen classic. The project site consists of three lots with irregular geometric dimensions that are merged. To follow the rules of urban planning and lots coverage, the project continued in three blocks and in order to optimal usage of the space and natural light, the public use area has reached the minimum. An extra central courtyard is included to lighten interior spaces and also to respect the privacy of the occupants in Islamic culture lifestyle. |
